Order Confirmation Term: For order confirmation 100% of the total amount as per the invoice has to be deposited as advance through easy money option or direct bank transfer. The advance payment paid will be 100% refunded in case of cancellation of the order before shipment, otherwise the balance will be transferred to the client’s bank account after deducting the courier charges upon return of the product and receipt by the company.
Delivery within Pakistan :
All orders are sent by the best available courier services such TCS Courier Service, Leopard Courier Service, M&P Service (or) available service based on the Delivery Area to make sure that you receive your order safely and securely.
Free Shipping – You can avail the free shipping offer by meeting offered scheme criteria.
Shipping Charges Applicable:- Shipping charges shall be charged according to courier service charges which will be added in you invoice during checkout.
NOTE: Revised Shipping Charges Shall be effective When Courier Services Increase or Decrease the Charges.
All orders are dispatched within 24 hour from the time of advance 20% payment & delivered within 3-4 Business days.
(Except in a few cases which are beyond our control including travel delays from our courier partners due to bad weather conditions, strikes, etc..)
Tracking details will be updated on your My Account>Order History once the Shipment was booked.
Returns & Refunds Policy
NO EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT POLICY ONLY IN CASE OF ANY DAMAGE OR DIFFERENT PRODUCT TO ORDERED SO UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST FOR ANY CLAIM.
We accept the returns in the following cases.
• Received a damage product or received a different product then what you have ordered.
• Report us within 24 hours through email or WhatsApp with the images/Video of Damaged or wrong product delivered.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange.
• Returns should be sent through reputed courier services, Returns should be sent with original packing and cost should be borne by the buyer.
• We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it only if there is damage in transit or wrong product delivered
• Damaged Product – Once we confirmed as damaged, please send back Product to our address by courier within 24 hours.
NOTE:
In Case of damage please provide proper unboxing 360 Degree View From opening to till item check, else we are extremely sorry to say that your damage claim will not be
accepted.
REFUND:
In case of advance payment then 100% Refund will be given, if product is not available, or we find any defect during dispatch or in case of no delivery service at your place.
